They can't possibly be worse than Canada Post. They have a delivery service similar to UPS that requires a signature. If you're not home, they're supposed to leave a hanger on your door that tells you there's a package at the post office for you. You take the hanger and go pick up your parcel. When I first ordered from Columbia House, the delivery guy showed up at my house when I wasn't home. He left the boxk of DVD's sitting on the front porch. Not concealed in any way, nowhere near my mailbox, just out in plain view a few feet away from the sidewalk.
