Yesterday was my first day back to work (as a lifeguard at a a pool)so I wasn't that happy to begin with. Then this 7 year old girl comes up to me, saying there is a guy in the steamroom taking off his bathing suit. So I go to the steamroom to see what the hell in up and sure enough I walk in and there is this fucking asshole masterbating in the steamroom with his dick right out there. I am so fucking shocked I yell "What the hell are you doing?" and close the door. 2-3 seconds later I open it again and thankfully he has covered up by now. I tell him to get out and leave. I signal another guard to watch the area I was suppose to be guarding. Follow the guy to the changeroom tell him to get his shit and go change in the private family/handicap change room. At least he seemed so embaressed that he did what I said with no argument. I get another employee to call the cops. I wait outside the changeroom door and when he tries to leave the cops aren't there yet so I told him to wait inside and close the door. He says he'll just leave and not come back. I just flip out and yell at him to go back in and the cops are on the way. This got some attention and people started gathering so once again he did what he was told. So the cops come and arrest this guy and question the little girls (the 7 year old was also with a friend) and I. Since I happened to be shift charge for that shift I also had to deal with all the paperwork and shit. What kind of fuckin pervert just whips out his dick and starts beating off in front of some little girls. And to make this fucking story worse, I am getting in trouble from work and the girls mothers because kids under 12 are not suppose to be in the steamroom with out an adult. Nevermind that I have an entire pool I am also suppose to be watching and that it is standard practice to check the steamroom only every 5 minutes or so. But apperantly I am suppose to be able to see everything all the time eventhough I have been complaing for the last year that we are under staffed and don't have adequate standards (which I have in writting thankfully). FUCK I HATE THAT GOD DAMN PLACE!!!! Only 3 more weeks left though.
