Just wanted to let everyone know that my conjectural Enterprise Season 4 is progressing a bit. I've outlined the first "mini-arc" of three episodes, and begun writing the season premiere. There's no time-travel, and heavy emotional impact from "Zero Hour".

The first episode is called "Expanding," and deals with the newly-promoted Captain Tucker having to initiate preliminary trade negotiations with the Tellarites. But Tucker hits a wall when it is revealed that the Tellarites are interested in Earth only as a potential source of cheap weaponry. Meanwhile, the crew of the Enterprise has been split up, and some are now serving aboard the NX-02 Columbia, escorting a colonial convoy to the Franchosi sector. En route, the Columbia receives a bizarre distress call, and makes a startling discovery.
