Oh yeah, I'm aware of the private property thing. In fact. I've thrown it in a couple of rowdy customers faces before. And as for calling the cops, well, I was only calling the mall security, and my only real intention was to get him to leave. I didn't think it was a serious enough issue to bother with the police. The only thing I could ever see myself calling the cops for is theft, or fraud, or a customer physically assaulting an employee.
