I like the lower half and the overall layout but the character photos (obviously) leave much to be desired :P

One thing I'd have done would be to do something with the Brightness/contrast on flannery's face to make it look more dramatic.

The problem is that I DID improve it... it's a shot from "The Dead Zone" where his character is at a political rally. But maybe I'll try to do a bit more.

I thought about adding a couple of words above the characters: "Lonely" above McCoy, "Ashamed" above Spock and "Unprepared" above Kirk, but that might be a bit too much.

Hey... what is that font, and where can I get it? I'd like to use it for the Mission Statement and whatnot... it's sharp, authoritative, and it just fits.
