You gonna enter this months art challenge at TrekBBS? I figure with the cool movie posters you did, a book cover should be easy! I had mine all set, until I visited TrekBBS again and found that no less than THREE characters had to be on the cover....don't know what's up with that. My original piece wasn't going to have any characters. Fuck! Back to the drawing board! Did you ever figure out how to create thumbnails there?

Yeh, I'm workin on it. I have to in mind, both "Voyager" episodes. "Timeless" and "Night". The problem with "Night" is that my idea doesn't follow those silly "rules" they set up. But I'll see what I can do anyway.

I never figured out the thumbnails. Over a hundred views on that post, and no one responded as to whether they liked my posters at all.

Here's what I've got so far for "Timeless". I hate the text, so that's going to be replaced, but I'm fairly happy with the way the images look.

That's Pretty fucking cool, Brikar. I figure the ooriginal Voyager logo would be better though.

Yeah, I know... so I ditched my crappy text and used the VOY logo.

Hey, can any of you guys do me a favor? I have a great idea for a cover for the Voyager episode "Night" - but it involves getting a particular screencap from that episode, and I have no way of doing that. Would it be possible for any of you to download that episode perhaps and get me a pic of what I need?

Toward the beginning of the episode, Janeway spends much of her time secluded in her quarters. There's a scene where someone (I belive Chakotay) goes to see her, and she's just standing there, facing the window in the darkness. If anyone can get me screengrabs of that scene, it'd be much, much appreciated.

I'm not much for Voyager, but I did like that ep. Trek may over do time travel
but I'm a sucker for those type of eps. That cover rocks though! Much better looking with the Voy logo.

It's not only my favorite episode of VOY, but also one of my favorite Trek's of all time.

You're going to have problems with pics that are uploaded to this board because when you look at the pictures on this board, it's not the actual uploaded picture you're looking at, but a copy created by the board in php format. The Trekbbs board isn't set up to display php images, so you get what you get.

Yeah, eventually someone commented on that. My other option is using my geocities account, which doesn't allow linking to images, either.

After all, you're using my bandwidth to promote yourself. However, as it's just one picture, I'm not that annoyed.

For these where there's just one pic, you can PM me, and I'll give you the URL to the actual pic.

For anything like your 'Star Trek Movie Poster' shots, I'd appreciate it if you'd link to the thread, rather than the shots. You still get to promote yourself, but you're also promoting the bar in the process. I'd prefer you link to the thread whenever you want to link to your work here, but I'm only going to be uber-anal about the multiple pics.
