Just answer yes at the telephone prompt, or click the box.

If possible, donate online since the volunteers are overwhelmed at the moment processing donations, and money donated online can be cleared instantly.

Don't forget, if you pay tax, to say yes when they ask if they can claim the tax back. It won't cost you a penny but will increase the value of your donation by about 25%
