Default So what do you use?

What are some of the common everyday PC softwares you use. You know, for stuff like watching videos or playing mp3s etc? I'm just curious.

Winamp for mp3s
VLC for videos (HIGHLY recommend it)
Firefox for surfing
MSN Messenger 7.0 for chat
Ares for most downloads
Bitlord for torrents

realplayer for mp3s (I've always found winamp's interface a little cumbersome).
WMP
Firefox
Preferably nothing but MSN
Nothing anymore
ABC, but mostly nothing.

Windows Media Player for WMVs/MP3s/Videos and occassionally Media Monkey for tag editing.
IE for browsing. What can I say, familiarity and all that...
I don't use IM
I use Download Accelerator Plus for downloads
My ISP bans peer to peer unfortunately.

Windows Media for the moving pictures on my hard drive
iTunes for MP3 (with Foxy Tunes to control it from my browser)
Firefox. duh
Gaim, to connect to my yahoo, MSN, AIM, and ICQ buddies. I use the Yahoo client at work (but only because it can stream music)
I don't use a download accellerator. Bad experience with DAP
Azarus for torrent downloads, an old version of Overnet for donkey downloads. Haven't used either in a while

Ares isn't a download accelerator, it's another conventional P2P, apparently the new favourite.

Yeah, Ares is a pretty decent P2P for those who like the Kazaa type setup. I could be wrong but I believe that it's like Bit Torrent in that there is no central server etc. At any given time there's a decent amount of stuff available and the speeds are really decent.

Coincidentally, I just got it before I read this thread, but it refuses to connect for some reason.
