 |  So I see that Fox News is suing Al Franken for using the phrase "fair and balanced" in the title of his book. It seems that Fox News has trademarked that phrase, and they think that he's trying to leach off their reputation to help sell the book. Aside from the questionable nature of copyrighting a common phrase, the question I have is, when did "Fair and Balanced" and "Fox News" get grouped into the same category?  If I copyright the phrase "Fuck You", can I get royalties for every time it's used in a movie?

 | NBC owned the rights to some guys name... I forget it now tho  .. but I remember they had an episode of the Dana Carvey show(only 4 episodes methinks...too bad ) the entire episode was about ABC's and Disney's union and how with the power of Disney... blah blah blah.. they were saying how they did all these impossible things like buy the rights to that guys name back, and he came out, the crowd went wild and he said "screw you NBC" and evryone cheered.... this'd be a better story if I only knew the guys name.... he did long distance commercials.. a lil midget guy, wore glasses, always laughed an evil/robotic laugh...dammit.....*wanders off thinking out loud*
