I can't understand what all the fightings for, but it's so nice here down on the shore
I wish you could see this cause their's nothing to see, It's peaceful here and it's fine with me. Not like the world where I used to live, I never really wanted to live

So it's my birthday, and it's off to a great start. I woke up this morning to a letter in the mail from my mother, with a 50 dollar walmart gift certificate in it. On it's face value, this doesn't seem like alot, but I've been so broke for the last week that 50 bucks is perfect timing. Then, my roommate tells me there's a message on the phone for me. A job I interviewed for last week called me back and offered me the position.

It's a well paid tech support job for a web hosting company. Talked to a few people that work there and apparently it's the most relaxed and casual spot they've ever worked, lots of benefits, not to mention the fact that I'm going to be paid a premium above the great pay because I'm bilingual.

I can only hope the rest of the day goes this well. Going to visit my son around supper time, then when I get home, I have Vodka in the freezer already. Happy friggin older day to me!
Congrats...and happy birthday (belated, of course. )
