Great stuff. 17 folks in the whole Yukon legislature. And I live in a state with 400 representatives in the House! You can see why I find Yukon's legislature appealing... and they do mention bacon on one page, aka back bacon

Gotta add tho that Irving is now all the way down to NY State and that we do the poppies thing on Veterans Day too...

Actually we have 18 now. We added one. I know about 8 of the representitives. The leader of the opposition is one of my friends dad. He used to be a carpenter before becoming a politician. His wife used to be the Member of Parliment of the yukon (yes the entire yukon has only 1 MLA) before getting voted out. One of my high school teachers used to be the leader of the Yukon Liberals but failed to even get elected. Most of our goverenment have no idea what is going on and it is really sad. A 24 year old is running for mayor of Whitehorse (the capital of the yukon, which has about 80% of the yukon's pop.)in Nov, and he has a pretty good chance of winning. Why? He has already has a good political background because he just served 3 years on City Council. Yes he was elected when 21. Check the Link if you don't believe me.
