| The Awesome One | Google Chrome OS So.. Google has decided to try and hit MS where it really hurts and release an OS. While I'm a little skeptical at the idea that someone can actually take Windows out, the hardcore anti MS PC users alone will make this OS worth releasing. So my question is, do you guys think this represents a genuine threat to MS in the long term?

![]() | Well, at the very least, it may be a threat to MS' dominance of netbook OS software. Whether or not Google decides to make a beefier version for desktops and full-fledged notebooks will probably be decided on how well it does testing the waters with netbooks.
