| The Awesome One | So I moved into a new place a little while ago, and I'm looking for some pictures or something for my bedroom walls. I had the idea that I could print off a bunch of 8.5 x 11 pictures that would make one big mural that I could hang in individual frames. Anyone know of any websites that might have decent pictures and such that I could do something like that? I've got a Canon MP60 photo printer, and some really decent picture paper so I'd like to find some high resolution pictures.

| Patrons | An idea. I have a cousin who is a art photogopher, he did something like what you're talking about. He took a bunch of his own pictures and printed them off to make a mural. Grab you're camera and snap a bunch of pics of water sceens, city skyline... whatever you fancy and ceate you're mural. It would be more special because you took the pics yourself and each one will hold some sort of memory for you instead of printing off what some random person did. Unless you're going for some sort of fantasy look for your mural. Most of those type of sites charge a fee to print pics though. Like I said... just a thought.

| The Awesome One | It's good, I just found a program that'll take any picture I have and blow it up, then separate it into 8.5 x 11 panels that I can print and put together on the wall. I found a satellite image of Hurricane Andrew (snicker) that works perfect. Now I just need to buy more color ink lol.

| The Awesome One | Yeah, I'm waiting till I get some more ink.. fuck, the top 5 panels drained my cartridge, and the entire picture is gonna be 5 by 8 panels large. I'm gonna have to get the high capacity ones or something.

![]() | Would it have been cheaper to take it to a printing place than to keep having to buy your own ink? That shit's expensive.

| The Awesome One | Yeah, I hadn't thought of that. Maybe I'll throw it on a disk and run into the sign shop in town. I'm sure they have some sort of massive printer. Even if it cost me like 60 bucks it'd still be cheaper than doing it myself panel by panel.
