The bartender is just "Barkeep" he really doesn't have a name. Just order what you want, like this:

*Cujo struts up to the bar & slams his fist on the bar*

Barkeep! A round of tequila!

*The Barkeep mumbles something about making too much noise and pours Cujo about a dozen shots*

Salut! Drink up before I finish them all!

Hey, Barkeep -- that getup you're wearin' reminds me of a bartender I used to hang with in the 24th century. She was a cool alien to be sure -- has a new TV series starting next week. Dragged me and some kid named Wesley Crusher to hang with U2 once... one of my old war stories from the Studio days...

Anyway, how many different kinds of tequilas do you have around here? Back home in Southern California my wife and I belong to a Tequila Club with over 80 different varieties... at a waterin' hole called "Rio Lobo". My wife's already made it past the 50-tequila mark... so I have some catchin' up to do. Me being the designated driver and all...

But our favorite Tequila is a sippin' tequila that a friend in Mexico brings to us -- seems you can't get it here. Cool bottle. And the tequila contains Damiana (sp?) -- which is supposed to be a female aphrodisiac! Served shots once at a party and everybody fell asleep!

Damn good stuff, tho!
