| Member | Hurricane Juan is suppose to hit Nova Scotia between 9-12 tonight. Who is in its path? I sure the hell am. I have never seen a hurricane before. Many Blizzards but no hurricanes. I think I'll have to stockpile some beer. Bring it on Juan.

| It's me again | I love hurricanes! I unfortunately have been caught in a couple and had to do some Catastrophic Loss work for my company in the aftermath of Hurricane Andrew back in 92 and Gloria. As well as being stuck in Cancun one year when it got its balls kicked in by a hurricane (nothing like being in a country where their idea of hurricane prep is to keep the bar open longer) I think they are awesome. Granted I am a little twisted, but there is nothing like going outside, feeling the wind and the rain, watching the surf being churned up by the power of the storm. AWESOME !!!! Just be cautious and careful !!

| Member | Actually the hurricane kicked the shit out of Halifax. But one good thing, NO CLASSES FOR THE WEEK!! I stood out in a praking lot where there was nothing to hit me to actually feel what a hurricane felt like. The wind was amazing as it knocked me to my hands and knees a few times.
