OK, so a couple of posts ago I was at post number '666', you know, the number of the beast made famous in the Omen movie trilogy.

Well after I posted post # 666, I had to step away from my computer and, weird shit started happening to me.

I walked to get a cup of coffee (Mmmm, sweet nectar of the undead) and this person cut me off in the hallway, and all of a sudden this Doberman comes out of no where and mauls this person -- weird huh.

Then, I wanted to pay for the coffee and the cashier wasn't very polite, and in fact was quite rude. So I thought she should be taught a lesson, and all of a sudden - SHAZAM - she bursts into flames. Right in front of my eyes.

Next, I get back to my office with my coffee and I am standing up looking out the window and I see a couple of birds in the trees outside, but they looked a little strange they were black in color with leathery wings, a long tail and pointy teeth and they growled. Strange. But the bizarre part was that there was this person just under my window talking on a cel phone pretty loud and was actually being annoying and all of a sudden these weird birds swooped down, spit fire and set this lady on fire and proceeded to eat her.

Lastly, as I am watching this spectacle, I catch someone waving to me out of the corner of my eye. It was this big muscular guy who I guess is getting ready for Halloween. I mean he had red skin, big horns coming out of the side of his head and his feet looked like goat feet. Man, what a great costume. He just sort of smiled and waved at me and kept walking.

So, I just shrugged, uttered my Beanist mantra of 'meh' and posted again, post # 667, and all the weird stuff stopped happening.

Odd right? Anything like this ever happen to you?

Well, I did enable the 'demonic powers' in the php.ini file. I dunno if that had anything to do with it, though.

Do they have bigger versions of these "birds" that can deal with people talking in their cell phones while driving? If so, please send a few to Massachusetts. They make my commute a living hell so they'll fit right in. Thanks!
