The Bar & Free For All Merged

Since the two topcs seemed to be overlapping, I decided to merge the Free-For-All and the Bar forum.

If there's an outcry, I'll move them back.

But the Bar forum was being used as a suppliment to this one, and a secondary post whore forum. In the last 30 days, there was only what...5 threads?
