| Astro-Monkey | Pack over Oakland 41-7. Just a few numbers: Favre started his 188th consecutive game, not counting post-season appearances (17). This season, he's started with a broken thumb, and tonight he started 24 hours after the death of his father. His QB rating was 154.9. For the uninitiated, 158.2 is a perfect game (in fact, he was sitting at 158.2 until the third quarter). 154.9 is the best he's ever done. He didn't throw a single interception. He threw 4 touchdowns. 3 of those were greater than 20 yards. On the night, he as 22/30 with 399 yards. 311 of those yards came in the first half. He didn't throw a single interception, despite throwing it into double or triple coverage on a number of occasions. He hit 12 different recievers. Ahman Green(Batman) rushed for (around) 150 yards (they didn't do a stat at the end of the game). Green Bay had 10 assessed pennalties (ouch). Oakland, the league's most penalized team, had 3. Tonight was a fun night. ![]()

| Lover AND a Fighter | Ya, I was watching that game too! For both the Favre and the playoff factors. I can't even imagine playing after a close family member had died. Then again, I don't get paid a couple of mil a year to do it either. Respect to Brett tonight.
