| Religious Fanatic | YAY, my old games problems have finally been solved, I now have Windows98SE installed! Cymro goes to the Jukebox and puts on the Beatles' "Get Back", followed by some Placebo. ![]()

| Religious Fanatic | Meh...I don't care for it that much either anymore, but it's the first copy of Win9x I could find around the house, and my games work with it, plus it loads REALLY fast on my current PC. It's on a 2GB Partition on my HD, so other than when I miss my old games, I'm still running Win2k.

| The Awesome One | The only really good game that I can't play in XP that I can think of right now, is Tie Fiighter. Although I can play X-Wing Alliance. Which isn't nearly as fun, but has mildly better graphics.

| Religious Fanatic | Well, as I noted earlier, XP must have better backward compatibility features than 2000 Pro, perhaps due to the fact that 2000 was designed more towards office use, where old DOS games aren't needed.

| The Awesome One | Are you kidding? Office use is the most important place to have DOS games No 3d accelerator required.

Sometimes a program will reject installation merely due to to the fact it's on NT, Compatibility mode can fix this, but not always, so I can just use the 98 Partition to install and run it on either. I quite like running 98 acctually, it's well fast compared to 2000.
