| The Awesome One | I just had a buddy offer me 1gb of free webspace to host a site. So I'm gonna build one for the hell of it. Now, Ihave no HTML skills at all, so what would be a good program for me to use. I've played with Front Page before and it was failry basic, is there anything else that you all would recommend?

| Religious Fanatic | I have Macromedia Dreamweaver and Adobe GoLive!, one of which is a surprisingly legal copy. I used Frontpage before, but these two seem a lot more complex, if a little harder to use, sort of the difference between Photoshop and MSPaint. I haven't really used GoLive seriously yet, but I had some success with Dreamweaver. Best advice I can give you is to get 'em both and see which one you like.

| Religious Fanatic | I can more or less do both, I sorta figured it out by looking at the "view source" on the pages. Sometimes it's better to input the code yourself as it's a little more precise, and frontpage etc can be a little buggy when they're acctually online.

My suggestion would be to ignore Front Page as much as possible, though. Both GoLive and Dreamweaver are much better products, and output better (less bloated) code. Also, check out CoffeeCup editor. Last I heard, it was a really good free one. You'll have to Google for it, though.
