Default Battlestar Galactica

I've been downloading the episodes to the new series, and all I can say is WOW. Forget the great effects, and the obvious love I have for sci-fi, I find myself becoming emotionally invested in each episode. I mean, I just watched the latest episode and I found myself actually getting choked up near the end.

The entire show is character driven. The premise for the series is almost the same as the original Galactica, but somehow it seems unimportant that these are the last of their civilization. You become more focused on how they are dealing with that premise.

If only Enterprise could do this, but guess that's high hopes, being as how Enterprise can't even seem to figure out what it's premise is..

To anyone who hasn't seen this show yet, whether a fan of the original or not, I couldn't possibly give you too strong of a recomendation. Watch it as soon as you can!

As far as story arcs and such go, I wouldn't say there's been an arc really, it just seems like instead of 5 individual episodes, I've been watching one drawn out mini-series.

Why don't you dload it Brikar?

My cousin is downloading them for me, actually. I'm going to pick them up next week when I see him for Thanksgiving.
