| It's me again | Well the word is out, Sci-Fi renewed the reimagined BSG. Good move I believe. I am enjoying this show. Even as ENT departs and my interest in SG1 is dropping rapidly. I also heard that the commitment will eventually be for 20 episodes for season 2.

![]() | 20 episodes... that's a weird number. Good news on the renewal, though. I'm excited. The R2 season dvd set comes out soon, but R1 won't be around for a while. Shitty. But I'm gonna grab that up as soon as I can, of course.

| Religious Fanatic | Sci-Fi has Both Stargates on 20 episode seasons as well. And, while I'll admit the last two seasons have felt like butter spread over too much bread, the last 5 episodes of the SG1 season are pure gold, seriously.

| Religious Fanatic | They did, but I think they reduced them either to save money or because most of the crew and writers work on both shows now.
