Interestingly, the BBC claim that only 30 minutes of footage was shown, with critics having to wait until Wednesday to see the full thing. I wonder if the Yahoo report referred to this?

Although the book is a weak sequel to the far better Angels and Demons IMO, I'll still go and see it - hell, anything that manages to piss off both christians and muslims has to be worth seeing - they should have got them to sing "Springtime for Hitler" over the credits to piss off the Jews and complete the set.

I tried to read his books. I really did. And I made it through one of them. But there's only so much middle-school level prose I can take before I get insanely bored with his cardboard characters and copy-and-paste plotting. He's easily the most overrated hack of the decade so far.
