| The Awesome One | Ok, so this episode seemed to carry on all the traits I had mentioned about the first one. The residents of Jericho spent the episode trying to fit everyone into shelters from the impending radioactive rainstorm moving in from Denver. Pretty good ep. We learned that there's a little more to Mr.Harris than what he's telling (every show has to have "a guy") and the montage at the end of the various people and him putting thumbtacks on all of the cities across the US that had been nuked was a little chilling despite the uplifting music. Oh yeah, that's the other thing that we learn, or at least was implied. The explosions were atomic blasts. I can really see myself getting into this show hardcore guys, if you haven't watched it yet, I REALLY recommend doing so.

That seemed obvious from the pilot, firstly with the mushroom cloud and then when we learned that more than one city had been hit.

![]() | So that was a good episode, too. Have we seen the last of the prisoners from the abandoned bus? I find it hard to believe there were only two, and I'm also hoping that it wasn't a storyline that would be so quickly resolved. I like the infuriatingly hints at Jake's past, too. Hopefully that'll live up to the mystery.

| The Awesome One | Well the escaped prisoner thing wasn't at the top of my list for good story arcs. I think they handled it well though. Besides it makes sense that all the prisoners would scatter and leave the town. As for the hints at Jakes past, you're right. It has the potential to be a great story element. As with Mr. Harris.
