Had to laugh at the end of this episode. Sheppard and Woolsey on the balcony discussing the ramifications of the trial on their future...while sipping drinks and smoking a cigar.

Half expected Shatner to step out of the shadows and say "Denny Crane".

Yeah, when they were first standing there with the drinks my room mate said "Where's the chairs and the cigars. Then Woolsey pulled out the cigars. Had a pretty good laugh.
