Default Star Trek DVD

Newest ST movie is coming out on DVD tomorrow.

I actually spent out the money to see it in the theater and was quite disappointed. I don't think I'll buy the DVD... anyone here plan on getting it tomorrow?

I saw it 4 times. Best movie of the summer. Blu-ray, day 1 purchase.

And it comes out on the 17th, not tomorrow.

I'll get it as part of the inevitable super box set collection in UDTV, in 10 years.

Seriously, I have no plans to buy it. I enjoyed it, but I just don't love it. What I'm hoping is that the next instalment makes me love this new big three the way I loved the old ones. At present, I'm just not sold.

Depending on the price, I might pick up the Target exclusive that holds the disc in the saucer of a ship model. Cool packaging.

Huh... does sound like cool packaging, I most likely still won't buy it, but if I did, it'd be for the packaging.

I just thought they spent too much time on the individual backgroud stories of each charater and it made the movie drawn out and boring. There were some good scenes, but for the most part I found it dull.

What's UDTV?
