Space Goat

I never watched the reimagined Battlestar Galactica during its original run. I had nothing against the show, but I didn't want to try jumping in during the middle. I tried that with another serialized space opera, Babylon 5, and I think doing so sapped my enjoyment of that brilliant show.

Anyway, reading an old interview RDM gave to IGN whetted my appetite for BSG, so I bought the Blu-Ray set a few weeks ago and finished it today.



What a fracking amazing program. I can't add anything that hasn't been said already in countless other places, so that's about all I have to write.

I will say, though, the intensity and courage of BSG makes me even angrier than I already was at Rick Berman and Paramount for nerfing Star Trek.

Yep.

I was just re-watching "The Pegasus" the other day, and that has to be in the top 5 televsion episodes of all time. And I'm not even sure if I'd call it the best episode of BSG.
