![]() | Sadly I missed the show last night, I think it might rerun over the weekend (I was out). What did everyone think?

![]() | I just typed up a review on the main page, but I'll post a quickie few thoughts: It was OK. I didn't think much of it felt very "new" or "exciting" as I think B&B wanted us to be. I could see the seeds of such a thing. But ENT has never had a problem coming up with good concepts. It's what happens later that's the problem. The MACOs were cool, I'd certainly like to see more of the sniper. The alien foreman was interesting, as were the the CG Xindi. The human Xindi weren't quite as much. I do wish Duras had managed to follow Enterprise into the Expanse and become another layer of difficulty for "our heroes" to deal with, but that's just me and my love of complex stories. But the Vulcan orgasm meditation was terrible. Hated it all the way through, except for Trineer's acting, which is always good even when he doesn't have good material to work with.

Somehow, they actually found a way to make the opening theme worse. I don't know what to think.

Remember, Shiban and Black are very good with the continuing arc within a series, it showed a little toward the end of last year and I think it will be stronger this year. | |

| It's me again | I thought it was pretty good, I especially liked the background music. For example when the NX01 pulls into orbit over the mining colony. Also, when Trip and Archer are being led to the Xindi, did anyone catch the Benzite in the background? I thoguht that was pretty neat tip of the cap to TNG

[/b][/quote] I thought that the Enterprise gave Duras and his ship and up close and personal introduction to their new weapons systems during "The Expanse"? Of course, he could have somehow survived, but I doubt it.

![]() | I'd like the anomalies to play a bigger role, as well... and do a bit more than throw cargo containers around a room. I want to get to the psychological effects of the anomalies like we saw in that video of the crazed Vulcan crew. I want the ENT crew to start acting in weird ways. I want so many things...
