![]() | I posted another review, but to summarize: I liked it. It would have been a better premiere than last weeks' "The Xindi". Great concepts (sphere, floating coffee, cloaking field), well-directed action sequences, great special effects. A solid episode all-around. I was quite entertained.

| It's me again | Honestly, I really, really enjoyed the episode, I am beginning to feel a flicker of hope for the show. I thought the effects were good, the music was great and Archer in the role of aggressor was awesome, quite...dare I say it...Kirk-like. Examples...torturing the pirate, ambushing the pirate ship after drawing them in by damaging the sphere, stealing their stuff back. Good, good episode.

![]() | I thought it was good. It had no problem keeping my attention. Though for some reason some of it felt, to me, like a Babylon 5 episode - maybe the dark mystery aspect of the sphere reminded me of when the B5 crew was trying to figure out the mystery of the Shadows. Or maybe it was the music and the space battles. And, being a pop culture nut, Porthos barking at the beginning recalled of all things that scene in "Airplane!" when the dog on the fire truck started barking before the plane crash landed! ![]()
