New TREK series

Anyone hear about this?

Apparently, there is a new TREK series to pick up where TOS left off, basically a season 4. It will be available for free download by 12/27.

What do you think? The screen caps look pretty good. The cast is a little goofy looking though.

It looks pretty cool, and with Starship:Exeter, we now have that much more new "Star Trek" Trek. I would've preffered that they create a new crew and ship, but in the same time period with the same look. Mainly because Kirk and crew are too fixed, image wise, in our collective brain. So it's a little harder to accept that that's who these people are supposed to be.

Like Exeter, the people look good, as opposed to a bunch of overweight Trek fans like a TNG fan film series once made. The chick who plays Chapel is totally hot!
