![]() | Half-Life and all of its expansions. One of the expansions, "Blue Shift," includes a graphical update so that the game doesn't look as old as it is. Max Payne. An excellent action-game, with a very dark, film-noir type storyline. On top of good graphics, storyline and lots of environment interactivity, there's the bullet-time-on-demand. This game puts "Enter the Matrix" to shame, and it's like two years older than "EtM". Max Payne 2 is out, now, as well, though I haven't played it yet. And the original "Elite Force" is worthwhile if you haven't played it. It's better than most "Voyager" episodes. My favorite level is when the ship is invaded by Reavers, an insectoid race that ransack the ship for materials AND CREW. They bust through walls, knock things down, and you've got to move through damaged sections of the ship fighting them all the way. It's amazing - one of the best levels in any FPS I've ever played.

| The Awesome One | You say you haven't played Max Payne 2 Brikar? I have and let me tell you, it's damn good. The story is almost as captivating as the gameplay.
