![]() | Holy crap! That was really good. I just watched it a second time on the weekend rerun, and it was definitely just as good, if not better than it was Wednesday night. The scene between Sim and Archer in Trip's quarters has to be the best exchange between two characters in three seasons of ENT. Very well done, and played well by both actors. Bakula is starting to impress me more. He was so bad the first two seasons, but now that he's angry and slipping a bit into the role of anti-hero, he's really much more interesting than he had been. I'm hoping the writers recognize what they're doing with him, and really exploit it as the season moves on. I'd love to see Archer begin to over-reach his goals, and the others have to start reigning him in as time goes on. I'd like to see something like the second season of "Angel."

| Astro-Monkey | Wow. I really enjoyed this episode. I'm not going to call it one of Star Trek's 10 best, but this was a really well done episode. There were two thing that I think would have made the episode stronger. As Sim grew up, it would have been nice if he had referenced his sister. At the apropriate age, I think it would have been neat for him to live what happened to Trip when his sister died. That would have made his decision at the end more poignant. The other thing I'd have changed is near the end when Sim is in Sick Bay. I think there was just too much talk. But that's just me. ![]() One thing that really impressed me about this episode was the music. Wow.

![]() | The music was definitely a plus this week. It has been for a majority of the episodes this season.

| The Awesome One | I agree with you Brikar, Archer was great. And although the plot reminded me alot of Voaygers "Tuvix" I still think this was one of ENT's better eps.
