Is there any real doubt about what "Adam" is hiding?

Having missed the last few episodes, perhaps you could give me a summary? I don't mind spoilers either

A few episodes ago, Lana was trampled by a horse, and broke her leg in several places. As a result, she had to go to physical therapy. There, she met this Adam dude, and they hit it off since Clark has been avoiding her, and she wants to move on. Now, though, they're both out of the hospital, and have been spending time together. He doesn't want to leave Smallville because of her, and is now taking up residence above the coffee shop that Lana owns.

Honestly, I'm not sure what Arik's talking about... Maybe I've missed something.

Arik is probably alluding to the fact that Adam Knight may actually be Bruce Wayne. Though Kryptonsite has determined that this is probably not so.

Adam's good looking, lost his parents, knows martial arts, has a keen deductive sense, increadibly good computer skills, bizarre (scientific?) knowledge, a cagey past, and apparently the ability to live wherever he wants without worrying about money. He also had some wonderful scenes he had with Clark that were reminiscent of the Batman/Superman relationship.

Factor in the fact that Adam West famously played Batman/Bruce Wayne, and that originally they wanted to do an early years Bruce Wayne show, so they wanted to work Bruce Wayne onto the show and it kinda makes sense.

Spoilers for the end of last night's episode.

Well, crazy Bruce Wayne theory +1.
Also, even crazier young Resurection Man theory +1
</div>

After watching this episode, I think they're blatently trying to make us (well, maybe just me) think Adam's Bruce Wayne.
