| Cymro's Bitch | I just finished watching the (low-res) E3 video for Halo 2, and already, this game seems better than having multiple orgasms after eating European ice cream. The graphics are incredible. The AI seems incredible, from what I saw. The weapons are cool. Halo 2 will undoubtedly be the most perfect FPS of all time, bar none.

| Religious Fanatic | Yeah, I can't say I'm a big fan of FPSes Either, probably won't be till the day they invent a control system that doesn't involve me having to turn around to aim at something. Plus, going around doing nothing but aimlessly killing monsters is rather boring.

![]() | If all you've played are games where you have to run around shooting monsters and nothign else, then you've perception of FPS games is horribly off-base. And, it being an FPS, what the fuck kind of control system would there be where you wouldn't have to turn to aim something? That's ridiculous.

| Astro-Monkey | Well, it's personal preference. Personally, I find the whole "first person" mechanic too limiting. The strategy (&/or problem solving) requirements in the game are limited by the genre, and, as such, solved easily (unless you need that card from that soldier you killed on level 3, but forgot to pick up...). Personally, I perfer a more "well rounded" game. For a while, the Metal Gear games were my favorite, but I just finished Splinter Cell, and I really loved that game. ![]()
